Organic
We encourage our source farms to use organic practices with minimal chemical use. The vineyards we directly manage are under organic practices and we are working with our other farmers to be as organic as possible.
Did you know that each half-barrel keg of wine is the equivalent of 78 standard bottles?
In our taproom, we choose to keg our wine so that we can bring you fresh, temperature appropriate wine without the labor and expense of a bottle.
